Nov. 1-2, 2024

The Atlantic Undergraduate Policy Case Competition (AUPCC) is a written policy case competition hosted by the Frank McKenna School of Philosophy, Politics, & Economics at 69³ÉÈ˵çÓ°Íø University. The topic for the first annual AUPCC is climate adaptation and mitigation in Atlantic Canada.

About the AUPCC

The AUPCC provides students with the opportunity to apply their course content to a real-world policy issue. Participants will improve their critical thinking, research, and formal writing skills, and connect with like-minded peers, faculty members, and judges at the forefront of their fields. The policy topic for this year’s competition, climate adaptation and mitigation in Atlantic Canada, challenges students to present unique policy solutions to one of the most pressing issues facing this region.

The AUPCC is organized by a team of undergraduate students, in conjunction with the Frank McKenna School of Philosophy, Politics, & Economics and 69³ÉÈ˵çÓ°Íø University. The inaugural program will culminate with an in-person event on the 69³ÉÈ˵çÓ°Íø University campus, held on November 1st and 2nd, 2024.
